Step 1 - Invitation to study

To get started, you need to get an "Invitation to study" - for this you have us! All foreign students who come to Ukraine for study purposes must receive a university invitation to study in order to receive a student visa. The invitation should meet all the requirements set by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to this document.

The invitation to study is an official document, which is prepared by the Passport and Visa Services Department of Ukraine. It has all the legal grounds and confirms that the student is admitted to the educational institution and can make entry into the territory of the country to receive appropriate educational services.

In order to receive an invitation to study, you must provide the following information:

1. Full name.

2. Citizenship.

3. Scanned copies of the signed statement “On processing of personal data” - we will send you a form.

We send your invitation (original) in a convenient way for you.

Step 2 - Submit the invitation to the Embassy of Ukraine

After receiving the "Invitation to study" you will need to submit it to the Embassy of Ukraine in your country for the purpose of obtaining a visa.

The list of documents required for a student visa (D) needs to be found out at the Embassy, as it may vary slightly from country to country.

The documents referred to in paragraphs from 2 to 4 must be translated into Ukrainian with a notarized translation certificate.

Documents must be certified in their country of issue in the form officially used in that country for such certification, and legalized by the relevant foreign diplomatic agency of Ukraine, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine.

Step 4 - Documents on the education

Documents on the education of enrolled foreigners issued by educational institutions of other countries are being recognized in Ukraine in accordance with the law.
